2. No Guarantee of Approval
We do not guarantee the approval, issuance, or processing time of any passport application. Approval decisions are made exclusively by the U.S. Department of State. Our services are limited to assisting with the preparation and organization of your application materials.
3. Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information. American Passports is not liable for delays, rejections, or legal consequences resulting from incorrect or fraudulent information submitted by the customer.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our document preparation services, all sales are final once work has commenced. If you wish to cancel before work begins, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Refund requests after that window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
